When you contact us, send a message or create an account, we collect what you give us: your name, email address, phone number and message. If you create an account, we also keep your account details and what you save, such as listings and searches.

This website and its servers record your activity on it, such as the pages and listings you view, the searches you run, your IP address and your browser. We use this record to keep this website and its listing information secure. We give it to PropTx only if PropTx asks for it under our IDX Data Agreement, after a security breach or a breach of its rules. We do not use advertising cookies.

Your enquiry and your account details become part of our client records.

We do not sell personal information.

We can email you about your enquiry or your account. We send other commercial email only when Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) allows it, for example for a limited time after you contact us. Every commercial email we send you has an unsubscribe link.

When you close your account, we remove your login, your saved listings and your saved searches, and your alerts stop. We keep the record of your enquiry as part of our client records. To have that record deleted too, ask Michael Campea.

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, and for as long as the law and our professional rules require.

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent to our use of it, subject to legal and professional record-keeping rules. We answer within 30 days. If our answer does not satisfy you, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

This website is not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

We can change this policy. A change takes effect when we post it on this page. The date at the top shows the last change.
